We bought an In-ground Pool Heat Pump beginning of May 2017 , was told delivery & installation would be July 3rd & 5th . The week before installation Island Rec.

calls leaves a message saying delivery wouldn't be till August !st & 3rd , again they called the week before and postponed again to September 11th and 12th. I'm paying for something i don't have and can't use till next year . Iv'e already lost this whole summer where there were very few hot days to heat my pool to where i like it.

They need to get better organized with their manufactures to help there customers with better communication . I've already told them if it's postponed again i'm cancelling my order .

your an ***! i have been shopping there for years not one issue.

I work for the DPFD, you CANNOT return chlorine for a reason. Once you remove it from the property it's yours. it can get cross contaminated.

The chlorine didn't work because of a USER error.. YES YOUR ERROR!
